Owls, vampires, and others

I am a night being. Working for the Philippines Employee Communications (PEC) team in TeleTech has made me super flexible when it comes to time. Most of the time, I couldn’t care if it’s day or night, though I prefer the night scene because.. it’s cooler (as in temperature) and plus the traffic scheme. Just beware of the bad people.

Happy Halloween!!! (Late post)

Yeah. I know it is a tad late, but I had to post these. It was Jacque’s idea to have these Halloween themed photos. It took me some time to think what will we will become. I was inspired with the ads for this year’s Black Party in Malate and I wanted to be a satyr, but make-up is too hard. Jacque wanted something that’s not too dark, and I suggested, a fairy, like, Tinkerbell, but she said it was too light.

So, I looked up for some inspirations and pegs, and then I ended up thinking of going local. So here we have, Jacque and Mambabarang and me as Engkanto. :)

Wonder at the Hinagdanan Cave of Bohol!

Caves are really wonders of nature you shouldn’t miss. They may be dark, but as we all know with dark places, there might be dangers, but there are also a lot of things to discover.

Behold, the wonderful caves of Hinagdanan Cave!  Located 2.5 kilometers away from Dauis, it is one of the most popular tourist spots in Bohol.  What I found most wonderful about it is the very clear pond located in its middle. Though the tourist guide told us that the cave’s pond is safe for swimming and even drinking, some web articles speak otherwise.

Anyway, here’s the photo’s I took from the cave. :)

Welcoming Baby Tenten to the Christian World

Babies are always a blessing. That’s how I see them. I mean, babies are extension of a parent’s life, so it is just their duty to protect, love and nurture them. So, i had this task of taking pictures of Baby Tenten, a.k.a. Kirk Austin Basul, son of Jacque’s friend Kat Rigor and Chris Basul.

I have seven nephews and nieces so I didn’t have any problem with babies and children (in general) at all. They smile whenever they see me, and I am having thoughts why. I think I do look like some clown to them.

Anyway, here are the pics of the baby:

At long last! I have the time (the internet power!) to post these! Tadaa! The designs for our (me and Jacque’s) third year anniversary. If you are not aware of what I do annually, is that we set or realize the element trends for the year’s anniversary. First was paper, then cotton, then this year, it’s leather. Just sharing best practices. (Bautista, 2010)

Anyway, cutting my crappy introduction short, here are the designs for this year! :)

Terri Bivins | Define Ethereal

Terri Bivins

Well, here’s Terri Bivins. She is one model you cannot miss. Just by the way she looks and stands, there is no doubt that you will not see her as a model. She’s only been modelling since, 14 years old. Right now, she’s around 20-something so there. Posing for her is like breathing and yawning. Ha!

Well, she was not my model. This was the shoot of another photog from the first Lighthouse Studio workshop by Niccolo Cosme. And yes, being the echussera (?) person that I am, I took some shots. :) )

By the way, the excellent hair and make-up done by Robert Caindoc of iModels Casting Agency.

Here are other photos of her:
